DVD Resolution on iPod Touch and iPhone
Most will know that the iPhone and Touch support 640Â x 480 pixel video running at up to 30 frames per second.
Ars Technica is reporting that it’ll actually take 720×576 at 25fps; That’s the same resolution and frame rate that DVDs chuck to your eyeballs.
Ok, so no real difference will be seen on your Apple device, but if you also intend to watch them on your puter or tele the higher res means less eye pain.
