Reminiscent of the tray tables in hospital this USB-powered computer desk features a built-in 2.1 speaker system for your laptop and sports two quiet fans to keep your computer cool.

Oh, and it’s foldable as well!!  You lucky people.

The 2.1 amp drives 2×5 watt speakers and a 10 watt sub and all connects via USB.

The two 1500 rpm fans are positioned under the keyboard and should keep your lappy nice and cool.

“But Jay, how is all of this controlled?!” I hear you ask…..

There’s buttons on the actually desk that will handle speaker volume, sound muting and even turning the fans on and off duties.

The Lap Computer Desk is available from Hammacher Schlemmer for $99.95.

A pool table in the shape of a coffin seems a great idea to me and  Casket Furniture thinks so as well :)

Their Manhattan Casket Pool Table has a starting price of $4995 but that can swiftly rise depending on various options.

Some of these optional features include 14K gold ($5000), Maple Housing ($4,500) and a granite one piece playing surface ($18,000).

So whether you’re a Goth or just want to throw the bestest Halloween party ever…………..

………this table is dead cool!

Sorry - couldn’t resist.  It was difficult being dead-pan all through this.  Just glad I didn’t corpse…..

errmmm,,,,yeah…I’ll keep a lid on it.

If, like me, you can’t get your fill of Midway classics by mere emulations.

You need the full controller array and cabinet to get fully immersed!

Most are a little on the expensive side but this officially licensed tabletop cabinet is pretty tempting.

For $200 (and $5 shipping) you get a 14″ CRT, a duo of 6-button joysticks and 12 games like Rampage, Joust and Root Beer Tapper. Plus, there are some A/V-in ports for those of you looking to bring your HD Xbox 360 experience to the small screen.

Suntable - Powers Gadgets & Holds Mojitos

As I gaze out of my 3rd floor window watching the rain in London I can’t help but think that this bit of tech furniture belongs in more sunny climes.

The Suntable is made from teak, stainless steel and solar cells.

They’ve made a few changes since I first saw it and it’s now ready for shipping.

For $2,200, UPS will ship the 45-pound weatherproof, 120 volt table with enough battery storage for about 4-hours of laptop / TV use or 6-hours of night time lighting from a 25 watt bulb.

It just takes 4 hours of direct sunlight to charge it (see my point about having one of these in the UK?).

Glass Planika FireNope - the table isn’t on fire and that’s not a burning waste paper basket.

Planika Fires lets you have a fire in the middle of your coffee table (should you wish) thanks to a proprietary liquid biofuel called Fanola, which burns completely smoke and smell free.

Fanola, the company says, is a biologically clean product which emits nothing but water vapor and CO2.

The fireplace technology comes in a variety of designs, so you can mix and match with every piece of Ikea/Habitat furniture ever created.

Pricing info aint available just yet.
